Israel's army released video on Saturday (November 18) showing soldiers from its Golani Brigade firing shots and engaging in a battle with what is said to be Hamas fighters, in the Zaytun area of Gaza city.
Reuters was not able to confirm the location or the date when the video was filmed.
Israel vowed to destroy Hamas after the militant group's Oct. 7 rampage into Israel in which its fighters killed 1,200 people and took 240 hostages, according to Israeli tallies.
