Submerged the earth? All of it including Mount Everest's 8849 meters? No way. Where did all that fresh water come from, the rain is evapourated seawater, so the equivalent sea level would have been that much lower when it stsated raining. Local floods all right, but not a universal one.

That is just a rock formation created when mud encounters an obstruction the water goes on the sides and creates this shape. Don't believe me? There are many more of this shape around mount ararat.

I'm pretty sure if your looking for Noah's ark you'd be looking for a circular wooden structure there's some written evidence from 4000 year ago or older ancient mesopatamian accounts of a near exact story but in all these accounts the boat is a round or circular wooden structure
