The closing credits were awesome! The flower spits up a boot with a bone sticking out of it, all that remained of his mother! He had to do it, though, she taught him a bit too well!

The clever thing is that up to the very last moment, his mother had a choice. She could've chosen to accept Harold, to see his true worth for what he is. But she stubbornly and selfishly rejected that.
It takes zero effort to not be a jerk.

I love how he let Bobby knock him out, Harald made his legacy, and he knows that Bobby will be able to hold the title. It was always an easy way for him to retire, also I think the The Plant ended up spitting the mother out considering she was to big for it

i think this remind us about the reality where parents usually force their children to do what they want and what they think is the best for them without think of the child's emotion and hobbies
i mean in this video the mother just completely refuse her son's hobbies and force him to do what she think is the best
she even threaten her son's flowers as a way to make him to do what she likes
