Just a side project that i worked on, to maintain my channel's efficiency and no, useful guard is NOT discarded, it is currently undergoing some major changes please be patient its a big project it would take years to complete.

(Edited:) I know people are criticising this 2:19 part alot and I wanted to state that at the time of animating that segment of the animation I had the urge to quit animating, so what I animated there I had no intention on changing and I just wanted to finish this project.
Also rewatching this video of mine gives me bad memories of things that happen back then when I was animating this, and I regret watching this again.

I love how the guards help the MTF instead of running off with the scientists, everyone sticking to protocol, the system works

I love the shot at 2:42 how they both immediately know what has just happened. There's no point making any efforts to fight or escape.

Honestly, I love the viewpoints of the guards before the MTF teams arive. It clearly shows how dire the situation is and how there is very little hope of saving everybody. Great work.

I'm gonna say it right now. We NEED a full SCP movie. No short films, a full 2 hour long movie with the greatest animation minds at the center. I would pay my life savings to see that.

Can we sit down for just a moment and appreciate the animation? So much improvement from the previous animations, which were already quite good by themselves. So smooth and responsive!

music gives a feeling of dread at the begining, then slowly inclines to show what the site was experiencing, then gives the feeling of dread, and where no one can escape. The music then becomes intense, showing how it was really the fight of their lives. Then for the last part, the music makes it such that a sense of helplessness overcomes all those within the facility when it was nuking. Perfect scenes for this music, i think that is what amkes this so good.
