I often regard myself as some of the worst procrastinator . I have read many How to stop procrastinating books and watched many online videos but to no avail . But I have to say this is some of the best Stop procrastinating videos online . I think I just found the cure for my procrastination habit . Thank You .

ive known this method or awhile now, never bother to practice it. but i'm gonna try it today and see how it works out after a month. laziness has been killing our potential since the dawn of time.

Amen, subscribed and liked and hit the bell, but no sound came out of it. Haha, I do feel alot happier, I was a manic depressive, scitso frenic suisidal maniac, yes tried to die several times, in and out of mental hospital. 340 pounds, let me say again, if you did not see it on reply, I'm now a habit walker, yes 3 miles every day, unless weather bad. Now I'm 223 pounds, the mail box just out side my house is not to far to go to any more. Was wearing size 50 pants now I'm in a 40. Feel great, and hope this helps to incouredge others. Bless the Lord, I am thankful.

Hi Juan, i just happened to click on this video, but i ended up watching the video fully and noting down the steps . Thank you so much for Kaizen made so easy for us. I am definitely going to start practicing this from today and i will let you know the results on 22nd day that is 19th May 2017. Loads of love from India :)

Paso 1.- Seleccionar la actividad.
Paso 2.- Selecciona el tiempo (lugar y hora exacta) donde harás la actividad.
Paso 3.- Haz la actividad por un minuto.
Paso 4.- Has la actividad todos los días, durante 21 dias. Al dia 22 se tranformará en un habito.
Paso 5.- Lentamente incrementa la duración de la actividad.

This stop procrastination method works but I did 2 mistakes . Mistake No 1 is to skip a day . Don't ever ever skip a day using this kaizen method . You must use this method every single day until it becomes a habit . If you skip a day, then your old habit of procrastination would pull you back to your old habit . Mistake No 2 is trying to apply this method more than 1 minute . Don't try to go too fast and do more than 1 minute . Don't try to do 2, 3 or 5 minutes after a few days of trying this method . You can start increasing the activity very slowly only after 3 weeks . If you go to fast, your old habit of procrastination would pull you to your old habit again .

Juan Lovera, after the 21 days how should I slowly build up the the time each day of the habit? I know that its then a habit but I am afraid I will build up the time to fast. Is this good, 2 minutes on day 21 until day 28. etc( put 1 min extra each week ?) thankyou enjoy your day.
