I like how they made ME 2's music more heroic and epic. ME 1's music to me felt more space like (and it should :P) and ME 3's felt sad and depressing. But they all sound bloody fantastic.

When I close my eyes while listening to this, it feels like I'm back in the collector base.
Hundreds of feet up on a platform, with Garrus on my left and Jack on my right. A hulking proto-Reaper lurching onto the platform in front of us, while Collectors close in from either side.
Garrus's concussive shot and Jack's shockwave keep them occupied, while I duck behind cover and wait for the next opportunity to unload my missile launcher into the proto-Reaper's chest.
Other games, and the vast majority of media in general, should wish they could have characters as deep, action as thrilling, or tragedy as heart wrenching as the Mass Effect Trilogy.

i just randomly picked up Mass Effect 2 one day, probably because i liked the cover. little did i realize it would bring back my love of adventure and exploration, it primarily got me interested in space and rockets and now that is what im pursuing as in engineer. space is the final frontier and like our ancestors it is our fate to explore the universe.

So many feels attached to this song.... I have never actually stood up while playing a game... this mission made me stand... and almost throw my controller in excitement... I cried tears of joy at getting my crew out alive. A salute to the composer.

It's not just a video game series. It's both a PERFECT MIRROR of your soul, heart and character and also an UPRGADE to your soul, to your genetic coding.
It educates and elevates people who are open and willing and eager.
This game alone triggered my awakening, my ascension process.

It's a catalyst, it's a trigger for ascension.
