This is one of the truest statements I have ever heard and the more I am able to work toward it, the better my life is. I can actually feel my life shift with a clunk as I get closer and closer to radical honesty. I speak what I see as truth with an openness to correction, regardless of who I need to speak to or where that conversation need take place. I approach each situation with openness, understanding, knowledge and zero tolerance for your bullshit.
