Crazy how this car and many others were untouchable back then to most and now are fairly cheap but if you had a ls400 when it came out then you were big pimpin.

Ah, the LS400. I can smell that Toyota leather from here and I kinda miss it

All this is doing is raising the hype and prices for the car including aftermarket parts why can’t this just be the hidden gem it used to be

I sold my 2018 and picked up a 97 Celsior with 73k miles recently and I don't regret it at all.

Just got a ‘91 LS400 a few months ago, and I have to say it’s one of the easiest and smoothest driving cars that I’ve ever driven. Plus, it’s looks have aged like fine wine, and it can still boogie when you put the ECT to sport and mash the skinny pedal.

Owned a 1992 LS400 for years, and it was a fantastic car. Super clean, smooth, and unbelievably reliable (I owned it from the time I was 19-22, and let me tell you about neglecting maintenance and it still just rolling along seamlessly...). After a great time with the LS400, I replaced it with the only car I found that I could enjoy even more... and after several years of owning a 2005 LS430, I can tell you that no other sedan (JDM, German, etc.) compares in terms of interior quality, vault-like serenity, and that bulletproof Toyota reliability. If you get the opportunity, either 400 or 430, join the LS gang!

This was my first car! Was an amazing boat to drive with a lot of power for the price i got it ($1845) and no problems with it whatsoever. Sadly had to sell bcs of gas prices a year ago but picked up and 02 Base RSX to be my college car.

My first car was a 1990 LS400 that my parents bought in 1993 . Was an absolute blast of a first car for a kid in High School in 2010. I now daily a 2006 LS430. Gas prices got me crying though.

Literally these cars are awesome but not when teenagers buy them and go to a local slide show and ruin the whole car

I learned to drive in my grandpa's LS400, this car holds so much sentimental value and it's great seeing how much people love this car and that it's still really practical. Doug Demuro's review of the ls400 was so bias and didn't even take into account how advanced this beast was when it came out. This is a realistic view of ls400 ownership, good work!

Had a LS430 for awhile. I current daily a SC400. The engine is brilliant. The '90s Japanese cars seem to be the peak of technology and old-school mechanics.

The LS400 is the reason I love the whole VIP build style and the LS400 in the vid is like my perfect daily driver

I'm the second owner of a 95 LS 400 with 210, 000 miles. Bought it in 2019 with 196, 000, and a damaged front bumper for $700. It was Ebony Teal Pearl with dark gray Metallic tu tone when purchased. After new bumper replacement I decided to paint it the solid Ebony Teal Pearl without the dark gray. I have done several preventive maintenance projects such as starter, water pump, timing belt kit, oil cover gaskets, fuel pump, alternator, front and rear struts, full tune-up including both coils and distributors, cooling systems, transmission tune-up. Added 18in Motegi gold and chrome wheels, trunk deck spoiler and front bumper lip. This car is amazing and I have no plans to sell it, even though I have had offers up to $7, 000. I'm sixty two, and this is by far the best car I have ever owned.

Have had one for 4 years, first car in the family, learnt everything I know about modding while still getting me to work every day.

I have one and it's starting to get painful putting 91 octane in a v8. But I would seriously regret selling it.

Got a 93 LS400. Pre-face lift, super sexy car the looks aged well. My 93 is in pristine condition stock as well. Might throw some coils, and wheels on it and that's the most I'll ever do to it. 😆

My 98 is about to hit 400, 000KMS. And it's in absolutely incredible condition all the way around. And it's a beautiful green. ❤️❤️
