When attaching the new wire did you cut the original wire in a half and then connected it or did you cut in between the wire and tied it into it and then ground it

Specifically what harness did you tap in to because it wasn’t seen in the video

Did you check the resistance of the black wire at the connector to the battery - ? I have this issue with the even side but checking that ground to battery terminal reads the same as the better running side. I'm going to add the supplemental ground but just curious. thanks.

Guess its the last thing to try made a mistake by listening to mechanic who made the problem exist by fixing oil leaks. So far I've changed the maf, coils plugs wire, crank sensor and even the computer .

Can someone tell me please did he do this to both sides or just to one and which side if he only done one. If he only done 1 side....howd he know which one to do it too. Please someone help....im out of options to fix it at this point and its my work truck. Please help a woman out!

I wish i knew if this would solve mine. Mine ran great til had valve cover gaskets replaced cause itd been leaking oil for bout 2 years. But changed valve cover gaskets and now get po300 code. So changed spark plugs, 02 sensor and bunch more. Still runs crappy and throws po 300 code. Even changed some fuel injectors. Still po300 code
