How to create a simple text Editor on your website || PHP & MYSQL || CKEditor Quick Start Guide

I have a popup container that I've put my ckeditor into, but when I click the "Maximize" button, it either disappears or has other divs behind it on the page showing through the maximized textarea. What could be causing these types of issues? I cant even use the "Maximized" screen. Thanks.
