This needs some clarification of needing the MDT component installed. By default this is not included in ECM so you would not normally see that option to create the MDT Task sequence.

That .Wim file should be created by sysprep shouldn't it ? you can not just use the microsoft windows 10 iso /DVD source file do you ?
