Thank YOU THANK YOU! Was going to order a new DVR like you did and tried the supply. Put in a 12 supply I had and all cameras working again. Big CLUE was that the failed camera supply was cool to the touch whereas the identical DVR power supply was slightly warm. I owe you a coffee!

Awesome save, I just had this problem since yesturday and was trying to hard reset my box and even my internet i tried everything. Saw your video and it worked sidenote (I hade to pull the red the black connectors for the cameras to get mine to work) I tried doing it your way but nothing happened.

So if your camera has the red and black connectors, try unplugging those if the first method didn't work.
