I don't know how I missed Ms. Swisher going to Vox, etc. I used to read her columns in the NYT, and always found them insightful and well researched. After seeing an interview where she referred to J.D. Vance as the butler for tech billionaire oligarchs, I thought, "Hey, there she is.". Very smart, very brave, reporting. I listened to that Halloween interview. He never said "humanity would be doomed if Tesla didn't survive". He said "Tesla has accelerated the evolution to electric cars by 5 to 10 years". Please go listen to that interview, it is awesome.

Swisher waves off government overreach a bit too nonchalantly for my taste. We're talking mandates, compelled behavior. Obey government edicts or else. That's not a small thing. Keeping government in check is the whole point of democracy.
