Okay, Dr. Elom. Let me tell you about yourself. What you're feeling isn't confidence. What you're feeling is egotism. You're a dentist who hasn't been in the field for too long, and the reason your head is up your ass is that you graduated dental school with a 'doctor' title. Because of that title, you feel that you are above everyone else. That license doesn't make you a good human being. I am the back office supervisor at a dental office and the head RDA. I've trained plenty of young dentists, and they all start off the same, 'head high on their horses, ' until a problem occurs with a patient that they can't fix. Have some humility. I feel sorry for the DAs who work with you or under you. Also, treat your DAs good and please pay them good.
