There's a good reason the turnover at Bridgewater is so high, and the only voice talking about what happens there is the person who has the most control there. Go figure. When inside Bridgewater, you either buy into the cult of Ray or you're pushed out. Rob Copeland has the first book giving voice to all the other people around Ray and how they see what actually happens there.
