Before there was Elden Ring (and Sekiro) there was Bloodborne.
Bloodborne is a From Software game from 2015.
It's an action RPG which did a lot to prop up the PlayStation 4.
It's a spiritual sequel to Demon's Souls like Dark Souls is but where Dark Souls got a trilogy, Bloodborne got tentacle monsters!
In this video playthrough, I go through all of it and discuss & explain a range of subjects like: mechanics, visuals, gameplay, lore, development history, psychology, influences, etc.

I've been a fan of this series since Dark Souls initial launch, and all titles moving forward and just seeing a video of this magnitude is stellar, i can only imagine the amount of weeks if not months it took to fully put this together - Aesir you genuinely put out amazing video essays and they're so thoroughly detailed, scripted and well put together !

And I pretty much agree with your final note on how triple As are getting more mediocre over time, and we should thank Fromsoftware for existing and doing what they do!
