I was staying in Brighton, England in 1983 as a visitor from Canada when this song was a huge hit. It was also in the Jukebox at the Star of Brighton Pub where I spent some of the best times of my young life being only 18 years old. To this day, whenever I here this song, I am instantly transported back to the magical time in my life. Its such a happy and hopeful song. Thanks Elton!
