Tales is great at creating memorable moments between characters when they stop in towns. Some of the towns in the older games were so cozy.

I like how the party is talking about how the armor in the display case "Looks like they're more for decorative purposes than actual combat", and then it's immediately followed by a scene of one of the party members now wearing that armor on a quest.

It wouldn't be a Tales game if the characters didn't yell out their moves in combat. It's a feature.

4:25 actually, when your close to a boss fight from a sidequest, the characters comment on how strong the enenie looks, if it way above your level, they comment on that, same if it is around your level, they make a comment about it. pretty cool way to tell you a boss is above your level without putting a lv number at the side of the quest

As someone whose familiar but never played any of the Tales of games, hearing a veteran like Damiani praise it so much is very good to hear. I was already going to buy it once I get a PS5 as the trailers got me hook, but this helps show I'm making a good call.

One thing I love about Easy Allies is that I can always tell exactly what the numerical score will be based on the content of the review. That level of writing/score fidelity is TOUGH.
