Corn plants fall over or laying on the ground.

Brutal wind and heavy rain knocked my entire corn crop over. I had to wait a couple days to get out there. By that time it had started to curl upwards. So i stood them up and staked some off. Now i wait for them to straighten back out. If your corn is already pollinated, you can leave it over. Prepollination you need to have it upright. Plant your corn deep, keep it well hilled. If it's always falling over anyway, stake it off. I'll see if mine is back straightened out in a couple few days.

Look up hilling your corn basically you plant your corn in a little row mounded then when it gets about 4 1/2 feet tall, hopefully planted it in Rose and you can put some twine or something on both sides of your role of corn, and it would help it as well when the wind blows

Dont hill up your corn. I made that mistake this year, the wind blew it down anyways.
If you fertilize before it tassles, the roots and stalks will undergo vegetative growth and become much stronger this is what the farmers do.
