Creating a routine is so hard for me with al the chaotic things in my life and company so these are the 3 things I try to do , to keep myself focused
✅set small daily goals in the beginnen of your day so you have that momentum going into the difficult tasks
✅ Make sure you make time to train so you have a outlet for your body to release the stress and tension that’s building up true the day
✅ With this one I struggle. Eat the right food to keep your body and mind focused. So no reading in starving yourself for a weight goal while you also have a monday goal. Or a time goal.
Keeping this things in balance is difficult but that’s the standard where I am aiming for
