I used to think that this music was composed by angels and is sung in heaven when I was growing up. Hallelujah is a Masterpiece. At 65yrs still chrish this

What always blows my mind is how all this was in someone's mind before being committed to paper and played for all of us to hear.

Great rendition. I have sung this many times in large choirs and never tire of the message and music. Never cease praising the Lord.

To me, The Messiah is the most beautiful piece of music ever written. And I am an atheist!

I’ve sang in the bass section many times, first time at 17 yrs old. I realized I’ve memorized many of the pieces, like this one, singing the bass part without the book. The biggest group I’ve joined was 300 singers and orchestra. Just awesone and blessed to have done it many times.
