Sarma is even better when you put on low for six seven eight hours, with little bit more water, the best during night. 👌

I made something similar to this but without that rice and i steamed it. I used fresh cabbage that i wilted with hot water. Is that rice uncooked??

This is not how you make Balkan Sarma. Minced meat must be wrapped raw.
