Cajun Stuffed Boneless Chicken with Andrew Duhon

In this recipe and video we are joined by New Orleans singer-songwriter Andrew Duhon to debone a whole chicken and stuff it with his Aunt Priscilla's cornbread dressing. I really enjoy cajun cuisine, so it was a treat to have Andrew join us in my kitchen and learn how to debone a chicken and create one of the tastiest dishes I have had in a very long time. Music brought tears to my eyes thinkin of my dad. He was a bomber pilot in an ole B-24 Liberator, pacific campaign. Bro, this video is a whole vibe! Love it! THIS is why I love BBQ. The food is good obviously, but what it does for the soul is better. Get friends & family together, fire up the grill/smoker, Prep the food, throw it on, have a drink with friends, play some music on the bluetooth speaker, or if you're lucky, you or a friend can play some tunes on a guitar.
