It's a literally a chicken sandwich!

Boneless Chicken breast cut in half and stuff and close it with a mixture of : Frozen Spinach, Onion, garlic, ricotta cheese, Feta cheese stuffing!
Then, use toothpicks to close.the chicken side so the stuffing stays inside the chicken.
Bake in oven
