I found out about you through Sam, and I am so unbelievably grateful that I did. At first I just watched some of your YouTube videos that you did with Sam and I immediately loved your personality. Then as time went on I found that you had your own YouTube channel and that you made music. I just fell in love with your songs. They are always so catchy and your voice is just so addicting. I began to see you as your own person and not just “sams girlfriend”. Just recently I began to think about how I didn’t really know much about you personally. I knew the basis of you were from Canada and you came out to LA to pursue your music career. Watching this video really taught me a lot about your story. I always find things like this where someone goes from being just an average person to doing something and achieving their goals so inspirational and helpful to me. That’s another reason why I love you, Sam, Colby, and your entire friend group in general. You all stopped at nothing to reach your goals. I have personally always had big goals for myself, but I always thought I was never good enough to achieve them. Throughout my 14 years I have been bullied for numerous reasons, and this lead me to believe that I couldn’t do these big things. Since I’ve started watching your entire friend group I’ve started to think otherwise. Along with watching your videos I have also managed to create a positive and supportive group of friends to surround myself with. I have started to gain confidence in many things about myself. I have started to love myself a little bit more and not worry about what other people think as much. I have seen Sam and Colby’s story of how they didn’t want to live a normal life so at a young age they worked to reach that. Now I have seen your story of you moved out to LA with basically nothing and made a whole career for yourself. Your stories inspire me and keep inspiring me to do big things. Really what this whole thing is about is I want to say thank you. Thank you to you and your whole group of friends for continuously being an inspiration to so many people. Remember that you are changing lives and never stop doing what you’re doing. 💙
