actually midbeast said something about this in one of his videos reviewing the number one ekko in china. he said that the dude basically just gets played to smurf on gold accounts and that is all he does with league anymore since he had taken a break from his challenger climb, but still kept his godly mechanics.

the other day I got a guy on my team that had 80%+ win rate (100+games) on kayn and 20% winrate (100+ games) on yuumi. he admited that he tanks his elo every season on yuumi, so he loses on purpose so he can then "smurf" with kayn... why arent this types of players instant perma banned?
people will say but you are low elo its doesnt matter... which is stupid since there are more silver and gold players then any other rank. And plus every player starts somewhere unless you buy a high elo account to then go grief...

So would it be possible to implement a system that automatically ip bans the wintraded(rented) account? for example: 4-5 different IP's are found on one account within 14 days, proving shared accounts, and wintraded accounts. Then they are banned and would have to submit a ticket to riot games manually and have the account unlocked after all verification

I don't understand why this is a problem. If you create a process to quickly identify and ban these then the rent for these accounts will be much more expensive.A caveat is that the more expensive rents means the market as a whole is more profitable, encouraging further development of the rental ecosystem. But clearly riot has no idea how to identify wintraders/renters so once that is sorted out then they can ban them much quicker.

Imagine being so bad at league you have to pull stunts like that instead of learning the game.
Like i stopped playing years. Now im back. Been back for like 2 months. But i can see just how much ive improved in that time by my kda. I went from like 1 12 3 maybe something like that. Amd actually just yesterday i achieved my first ever 2 games. With absolutely 0 deaths. 1 as heim 1 as jinx. Which yes they are powerful champs. But considering just how fleshy you are and how much of a target you are when playing well thats pretty impressive.
And just to clarify that wasnt with no impact. But my heim game defo the better one when i got a 12 0 2 kda. Jinx was 5 0 4.

I get this is wrong but its also wrong that Tyler has like 20 accounts and has smurfed thousands of games below his elo and robbed other players of that win, i think smurfing should also be banned because it just destroys the game.
