Its 3 am. I'm watching music tutorials for an instrument I dont own and have never played. So I guess you can say life is going pretty good.

The lyrics really go deep. If you really take it into perspective with the life you live and how you live it you can really understand the hardships of living in constant war with an alien army so far advanced that it's pretty much impossible to beat. The building up from the past that the lyrics describe can't even be compared to the lyrics of modern music. Truely a lyrical masterpiece.

No joke, I started out just listening to an 8-bit rendition of this song. then I found the real one. then before long, I got into Halo.
so, Mr. O'Donnell, wherever you may be, thank you, your music turned me to a game that is now the stuff of legends.
