Hey, teacher, we celebrate our Sinhala and tamil new year on the 13 th and 14th of this week... It's a traditional event where people of my country and their families will partake in various activities, based on the auspicious times given by the astrologers... Our religion, Buddhism plays a big part in these interesting events as well... 😊❤
Nothing much is happening on throughout this week and everybody's in party mood and looking very much forward to enjoying the long weekend with new year festivities... We call this "Avurudhu celebrations" in our Sinhala language" 🤗🌹❤️

As a matter of fact, I love learning things from you and one phrase that I alway like was "truth bomb"🤭 and I see another good one today as well, "fern - salivate" and it sounds really good though but what does it exactly mean, dear teacher? 😮

Oh goodness gracious... I seriously thought it was a phrasal verb 😂 but, apparently it was a typo... 😅
Can't we introduce this typo mistake to the English language as a new phrasal verb dear teacher as it rhymes well and gotta feel good vibe as well.. 😂🤩

By the way, I wish you, your family and loved ones a happy almost and a graceful Good Friday and may the sacrifice of jesus on this Good Friday remind us of the power of love and forgiveness... 🌹🙏🌹

As a matter of fact, "Happy almost.." was another phrase that I had learnt from you when you had wished me on the last year's new year's eve and I had used it a couple of times which got so popular among my friends and alike... 😄

Hey Amy! Thanks for this video! Loved it. I got a question for you if you don't mind answering. The expression it's filling referring to a stuffed food, is correct?

Hello Amy, could you figure it out this question?
"In the unlikely event of more than one pan being allotted, this fact should be brought to the notice of your assessing officer, as possessing or using more than one pan is against the law and may attract penalty of upto Rs.10, 000/-.
Is "one pan being allotted" is a passive gerund or passive continuous participle adjective???😊😊😊 Maybe "passive gerund" because of the preposition "than"

Oops... When you said "don't party too hard Gams" I thought there was an "I" infront of "don't" so, I thought it was you who didn't like to party a lot and that's why I said, pronto, that I could cover your missing party quota time as well my dear teacher 🤭😅😂😂Lol..
