You consistently avoid mentioning Marcus Aurelius's bisexuality or his sexual relationship with other Romans. You also omit his enjoyment of persecuting Christians, including orchestrating their deaths by wild animals like lions and tigers. Instead, you present an overly rosy picture of his personality, as if he were a saint. But in reality, he was far from it—he was a typical Roman, educated in Greek and Roman philosophy, yet also dangerous, despite his virtues.
