I sent this to my boss the other month. He has started sending emails from that point onwards.

I moved to another location due to having much closer to work and at the first meeting useless I sent this to my new boss. They took in the criticism and we had a poll to either have weekly meetings or just the boss putting a postit note on the board.

Every single person voted for the later and the boss even got a lot more energy from it due to not needing to be tip top shape for weekly meetings.

Today I got a phone call summoning me to a meeting with a former client. The flunky on the phone did not know the reason for the meeting. He'll be sending me an e-mail with the proposed agenda, upon receipt of which I will decide whether to attend. And then, this comes up in my feed. Thank you Mr Wild.

Oh my gosh, yes... This, right here, needs to be sent to every manager ever! Lockdown hasn't let me escape meetings - they now hold "daily catch-ups". The plus side of meetings via the phone (thankfully no video required) is that I can nap without worrying about being noticed... (I have fallen asleep during more than one boring meeting when actually in the office, so....)
