About the music video for Owl & Rat:
Ilkka Tolonen, the songs composer talks about the song and music video: "Owl & Rat was actually created completely by accident. It's rare that you can say that about a song. Years ago I had a dream in which an owl and a rat were attacking each other, feasting on each others flesh until there were only two stomachs left still trying to eat each other. The refrain of the song was playing in the background. The other melodies I started whistling while sitting on the bus on my way to downtown Helsinki. I took the idea to the band and Stina wrote the verses. The concept for the video had been on my mind for a long time before I talked with the director Mikko Lohenoja. I wanted it to have people kissing passionately with an apple in between mouths, preventing the lips from touching. Owl & Rat song from Wonderchild, the second album by Color Dolor was released 27.2.2015.
