ST2 Brake Module on 2015 Can Am Spyder F3-S

Just a follow up after a year. One of my system stopped working so I orded a new one from the company. The new models have a bigger box. Unfortunatley I'm having a heck of a time getting it to work. I've tried a few boxes and cannot get them to work. One way to "test" it, is, turn on the bike, and then tilt the box. This is the conundrom: when I do that it does engage the brake lights...BUT I have to really tilt the box forward a lot for it to come on. I'm at a loss as to why I can't get the new model to work. Has anyone else got the new 2023 model to work on a Spyder?
