10 out if 10 times I would go broke with kings. There is only one ace that beats you.

There was ONE card in the entire deck that could've beaten his hand. And it was the ace of diamonds. And SOMEHOW... he resisted the urge to go all in

Remarkable - he just called the River with the Kings

He was definitely thinking about raising not calling or folding

That smile/smirk says it all, shows he knew what his opponent has...

I like the call on the river with KK. I wouldn't expect a losing hand to call if I raised. BUT, I'd have raised on the turn with KK and lost a lot.

he had the discipline to call the value bet instead of raising all in and going broke. He lost the minimum you can lose with second nuts.

To Crowe the odds of De Oliveira having the ace is so low so i don’t blame him

Actually, it is best to value bet Quad A on the flop,
A lot of times you will see a lot of happy results.

Even though it was amazing to see the guy just call at the end. In online poker its a shove 10/10 times.

But I think I get his thinking:
If you shove you are not getting called by anything but QQs or at best JJs. His opponent having those two is mathematically less likely (preflop) than your opponent having a random ace.

Plus, it depends on table dynamics for him to make it look like a bluff. Table dynamics is unknown to us so I am giving it as a mathematically rational decision. Amazing to see

this would be a lot better if they showed the pre flop action. We can’t see how De Oliveira played and that could have given us an indication on how Crowe could have been reading him. A lot of missing info imo.

Question for someone who keeps getting these videos but doesn't play poker which hand wins. It's the four aces right

This is what you call technically a hero call!

Why? Because most players would raise here!!! Since villain could easily be betting this with an 8!!!

When someone flops a huge hand they are instanly knocking table

Most pros dont want to all in if they have less chips than the other guy. They want to make it to the final table.
