iPad vs MacBook: Student Edition (2025)

During my time in college I had the privilege of using both a MacBook and an iPad as my daily devices to get work done. In this video I just want to share some of my thoughts and hopefully help some of you guys who are in school and are trying to make a decision between these two great devices!

Depends on your studies tbh, but I can do my intensive studies/work only on my Mac...IPad is better used for people in studies like design or arts

bro, you have just forgotten about the biggest minus of both devices- the bad effect on eyes.Its quite hard if you read much from monitor.

Should I get a MacBook if I already have an iPad? I have to get a new computer and I'm considering getting a MacBook for college, but I don't know if it's worth it considering I already have a pretty serviceable iPad with an apple pencil already.

iPad is just like an iPhone but with larger screens. Macbook is my preferred choice

I live in germany and im in 10th grade right now and im finished with school after the 13th grade. I want to study computer science. Should i buy a macbook for programming now or should i wait? I currently have no laptop.
