I think you need a fan in the room youvare growing your plants. It makes thebtrunks stems stronger.

Most fruit trees take several years 3-8 years to flower and sometimes an additional year to properly fruit.
Peaches and apricot are prunus and need a cold period of a certain amount of cold hours.

Awesome! I have a lemon and avocado tree from seeds as well! 3 lemon trees really but only one is doing really well. Now I'm working on dragon fruit seeds.

Some citrus trees will be shocked if they've grown leaves inside, then are xfer'ed outside. It's fascinating to see the tree's reaction to UV rays.

How do you combat pythium?

Especially curious since you can't lift the plants out of the water without fearing the roots will get damaged.

Do you ever think about going organic?Like make your own compost or even a living soil bed indoor. Then you could use KNF (Korean natural farming) techniques to quickly add nutrients to the microbiology for the living soil? I know the pump doesn’t cost much on the bill, but I’ve saved a lot switching to organic.

Did you actually get fruit on any of them without grafting onto a good rootstock?

You can cut the roots of a tree at the right time of year. If you haven't, I would look into repotting bonsai. I think it could help you.

Let’s your stone fruit trees overwinter by tricking them by maybe putting them in the fridge for a few weeks? Also get Adam if you wana grow fruit trees inside

Hey, so first, I have 2 lemon seedlings and a kumquat in hydro right now. One of the lemons is stunted. It's one leaf, has started to wrinkle and is very dark green. It's about 2 cm tall. The other is growing, it's about 3-4in tall, but the leaves look yellow, and the veins look dark green. I read that may be nitrogen deficiency, so I added urea 46-0-0, which helped for like a day. One of the leaves had like a scabbed brown patch since about 2 weeks after I put the sprout that was started in a papertowel in hydro. And I noticed today that another leaf on the same side is getting an identical light brown scab on it. Finally, do you ever use kelp? I use it, and I'm worried it's making solids in the water. I had to trash a whole setup due to fungus gnats, and the water had all these slime blobs suspended in it. I really wish you could post pics in comments.
