Can 15 minutes of therapeutic oxygen be the breakthrough you've been seeking in your healing journey?

Dr. Katie Deming is joined by Brad Pitzele, who shares his personal journey from struggling with multiple health conditions to discovering the profound impact of exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT).

As the founder of 1000 Roads, Brad breaks down the science of how oxygen affects our cells, why it matters for healing, and how combining oxygen with gentle exercise can create powerful results in just 15 minutes a day.

Chapters:
11:00 - The role of oxygen in cancer and healing
16:00 - How EWOT boosts energy and detoxification
20:00 - Why exercise matters in cancer recovery
24:00 - Exercise intensity and benefits of EWOT
31:00 - EWOT for home use

If you're dealing with cancer or chronic illness, you know how overwhelming it can be to juggle multiple treatments, appointments, and protocols. Between traveling to clinics, taking supplements, and following strict diets, it can feel like healing has become a full-time job.

You'll learn why leading cancer treatment centers are incorporating oxygen therapy, how it compares to hyperbaric chambers, and what makes it particularly valuable during conventional treatments like chemotherapy and radiation.

Listen and learn why proper oxygenation is crucial for energy, detoxification, and immune function - and how you can benefit from this accessible approach.

EWOT has helped two close friends of mine with "long COVID" and other comorbidities (asthma, diabetes, MS, lupus) recover and get their lives back. They could not do any kind of exercise without struggling. However, introducing mild exercise (walking in place or a stationary bike with minor resistance) and O2 (EWOT), they were able to begin very low-level exercise, increasing over time to full recovery.

If you're new to this, please know that people mean different things when they talk about EWOT. For recovery as discussed in this video, EWOT is an oxygen-rich therapy (really, that's what EWOT is supposed to be). Some of the more pricey equipment/systems have a computer-controlled oxygen mix regulator and are designed for increasing athletic performance. They can simulate higher altitudes (lower O2 than ambient) with the intent of increasing your aerobic/oxygen efficiency. If you're trying to recover, you need to avoid this second type and stick with the oxygen-rich therapy.
