3 HUGE Differences Between HBOT and EWOT

Watch this video to discover 3 huge differences between HBOT and EWOT.

EWOT is NOT HBOT.

A lot of people think they’re getting the same benefits of HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) when they do EWOT (exercise with oxygen therapy), but this is not the case.

Now I’m not against EWOT…I think it’s a great therapy! But it does not do what HBOT can do.

There are 3 primary differences between them, and that’s what we’ll be discussing in this video.

EWOT is amazing, 20 years of excruciating headaches with over 10, 000 Advil taken to stop the pain ( yes 10, 000). Built an EWOT system with a spin bike o2 concentrator then after 3 treatments no more headaches and no more Advil .

Who is going to create a hyperbaric chamber with a bike inside to combine EWOT+HBOT

Dr. Sonner, thank you for breaking this down into a simple comparison! I get tired of EWOT folks claiming it’s hbot but cheaper!! 🙌🏻

How about exercising in the hyperbaric chamber?

What if you exercise in your chamber? I tend to do planking and other ab exercises in my chamber?

Thanks for this enlightening video. Hmmm. I take this to mean ewot compared to HBOT is minor in benefit especially if you’re anemic and/or normally have high O2 saturation at room air (mine is 95-96%). Oxygen delivery during ewot is therefore at most boosting O2 delivery and saturation 4-5%. This is because exercising with room air is also going to increase site specific oxygen delivery by increased blood flow. Also in most ewot systems you’re not working under high intensity so not as much blood flow or duration.

Dear Dr. Jason Sonner,
I note you state that only HBOT can get oxygen into the blood plasma and that EWOT cannot. I am looking at the two systems with great interest. I see that Dr. von Ardenne's research on the subject of oxygen therapy is quite detailed and impressive. By 1981, he had done more than 10, 000 measurements of blood oxygen in patients and had proven the remarkable reactivity of the body to an increase in blood oxygen.
And that he maintained oxygen would be increased within the blood plasma (Also by implication as the red blood cells could not take a significant more than their typical saturation, but fantastic therapeutic results) Since his time we have moved on and with the use of a oxygen reservoir bag this therapy is now much more powerful as a systemic regeneration and healing therapy. Over 50 L a minute or as much as 100 L/min can now be breathed during a typical 15 minutes exercise session. Please could you address this apparent conflict of information. Best regards, I much appreciate your work and educational videos, John Claydon D.Hom

Dr recommended hbot or ewot home therapy for 60 days. Is home hbot effective for brain and inflammation?

If you were doing both, which is better done first?

Thank you Dr. Sonners for all the information you are sharing with the public. Because of a life long history of health problems i have been looking into Hyperbaric Oxygen and even tried one session just to see how it felt.
While considering a soft chamber a question came up concerning the use of pure oxygen.
Are the lungs the only way to deliver oxygen into the body or does the skin assist in the process?
If the permeability of the skin does not allow it to absorb oxygen, why fill the chamber with pure oxygen?
Could I fill the chamber with purified air and use scuba diving gear to deliver pure oxygen into the body?

What about Just getting an elliptical machine on EWOT?

EWoT websites pretty much claim opposite of what is claimed here. It's hard to know what to believe.

Failed to mention one of the great benefits of a system like liveo2 switching between hypoxia and hyperoxia is hormesis.
Hormesis is far more important to health than o2 in the plasma

Well if you have. 200-300 per session ok. .and can afford many sessions ok...but can the avg person afford that ?? Thus OPTION 2 you never mention that key KEY factor !!!
