The PDF link to print the checklist isn't working. Please fix? Otherwise, very good.

Have you ever done an over nighter using this bag?

So far this is the best bug out bag I have seen so far. Thank you for mentioning the USB batteries, rechargeable warmer, rechargeable lighter, and the faraday bag. Very few people actually put these in their bug out bag or edc packs.

Just so people know, they get lint from their dryer's filter. The more you wash, the more you can collect. I check the filter after every load as per the directions. Older, well worn, stuff and bed linens will shed the most fibers. I clean the filter and put the lint into a small Ziplock bag. One sandwich sized bag can hold a lot of dryer lint. Cotton clothes such as tee shirts and blue jeans, towels and linens give you the best lint. And then if you wish you can add Vaseline (Petroleum jelly) and I mix in threads and old cotton balls or gauze pads that have been opened and no longer sterile or clean enough for medical use.

You can make Paracord lures for fishing. My fishing 'kit' is in a small double-sided container I found in the crafts section at Walmart. I wound fishing line on bobbin spools, which keeps it from getting tangled, and was able to put two spools with different kinds of line on them in the kit.
I have my main Paracord in a donut -- quick to make, use, and doesn't tangle at all. Paracord Planet has a lot of ideas I'm working into my kits. The next thing on my list is learning to make my own Survival bracelet, and also a version of the grenade he showed at the start.
Since I have a uniform I have to wear at work, I can't wear a belt. At the top of my BOB I have a leather belt (can also be used as a strop for sharpening knives), along with the tools (knife, hatchet, multi-tool, fire kit, etc) that I will be strapping onto my belt, reducing the weight of my BOB.
Just a few thoughts as to what I've done, but my bags / kits are always evolving and being tweaked.

You want to have a breathable Bivvy Bag unlike the one you showed the reason being if it's not breathable you will sweat. In an extreme cold situation if you sweat you will die. SOL makes an Escape Bivvy which is breathable these are the ones you should have in your Bug out Bags.

Pay attention people to weight of your bag... it should be way lighter then you think you need.. try caring that weight around and then see what you can drop
