Many people might confuse this important point raised in the question at 6:04 : p-value is NOT the probability of rejecting the null hypothesis. p-value is a conditional probability—given the null hypothesis is true, it’s the probability of getting a test statistic as extreme or more extreme than the calculated test statistic.

In a two-tailed test shouldn't the p-value compare to alpha/2?

I think example 1 is solved in the end based on one tailed test as against the two tailed

Hey man, great video but I'm pretty sure your p-value needs to be multiplied by 2 in example #1 because its a two tailed test and you only calculated one half of the p-value.
