Protein powder question. (Miss Q & A) Janet you ever have issues? Itchy skin lately. I noticed it going back on powder. Whey they say does that but for soy.. I doubled up to cut on meals and notice now.

I can't have the Late July Jalapeño Lime chips around the house because I will eat the whole bag. I am absolutely powerless against them.

You should wash your dishes and de clutter your kitchen. Vegans should always strive for the highest standards. Leaving your home shopping, then coming back to filth is not the vegan way. Plus it draws bugs.
