Tom’s chef adds 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of capers, 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), lemon zest, and maple syrup. I used raw honey and added more fresh lemon juice instead. Some of us aren’t a huge fan of capers, so I made my version without it. I’ve tried it with capers also, and it’s also delicious. Either way, you can use this on just about anything!
