"I 100% agree." - Bret Hart.

He was a great character, not a great wrestler but there’s nothing wrong with that. Some of the best of all time fall into that same category.

Two of the scariest looking dudes in wrestling. Brock and Goldberg are both really reclusive lol

That spear on Wolfpac Sting… will never forget it. Best one he’s done.

I appreciate the honesty (at least in this clip). While he may not have been the greatest in-ring technician, his matches could still be entertaining as hell. He's a more 'real' version of The Ultimate Warrior, and significantly better.

And yet. He knocked it out of the park, and became a popular figure in wrestling.

Goldberg is honest, reflective, humble, and also proud of his accomplishments. As big a fan today as I was back then.

I still like Goldberg for what he was able to do. Especially when i was a kid and WCW closed down and the only exposure I had to Goldberg was action figures and coloring books to finally seeing him come out on RAW was like watching a superhero come to life. He deserves that much respect.

You don't need to be a long form worker to be an icon. Hogan taught us that. Hit the ring, smash, spear, jackhammer, crowd goes nuts. Simple as. Get over.

Not one of the best because he wasn't a wrestler, but definitely a name people won't forget.
He made his mark in wrestling and that's the biggest achievement a wrestler can make.

The problem with Goldberg, and it’s not a knock on him as much as it is the people he wrestled, is that they tried to change the formula. Goldberg was at his best in quick, simple, not too technical, 5/6/7 minute matches. Unfortunately I think some people, particularly when he got bigger and more of a star, tried to make things more complicated, more technical, and he’s just not that guy. Goldberg would have been a GREAT 80’s “Golden Era” WWF guy having very simple matches where a body slam felt huge
