In all my years of Love and Relationship Couching, one of the most frequently asked questions is: How do I prove to my ex that I’ve really changed?

To be honest, this is one of my favorite questions!

I often say that getting back with an ex is a process of personal development, and that’s why this question should be relevant to you and very important when it comes to proven to your ex that you can be happy together.

Your ex feels like they know who you are and that you can’t make them happy moving forward based on what has transpired in the past.

It is up to you to prove to them otherwise; it starts with having the right mindset and building positive habits. What does this mean? It means that ACTION is the best way to showcase change. Words often times just won’t be enough. If you are prepared to talk the talk, you’ll need to also walk it.
