Absolutely. I was one of those anything over 8 reps is cardio guys, and of course my BP on TRT was a little higher than it should have been. Added 30 min cardio a day and it dropped to normal.

Kind of sounds like a case where men simply want to "take a pill" to cure all without first putting in any of the physical work to improve their condition to help them adapt to the change in how their body utilizes the increase in testosterone.

If you want to add a second floor to you home, you have to first beef up the lower floor to make sure it can support that extra weight.
