If everyone buys the land around here. Respect the light pollution laws and respect horse back riders, slow down when driving past horses. Respect wild life. Don't go off killing wild life. Plus I have learned that the aquifer could run out of water in 40 years. It is tougher to live out here than you think. Cochise county has rules about flood zones. The soil here is hard to grow food in. I live in the desert I know. Also I hope you have many. It cost thousand and thousands of dollars to drill a well. Yeh you talking about my area.

I am sure this will be gone before the day is up. Only real concern would be road access which was lightly mentioned twice yet not confirmed as solid - the more you use the road the stronger your rights was implied - if you have to negotiate access that could be costly or in some cases NA.
