Exploring a new Property in Cochise County

I got a chance of pace and was able to explore friend's beautiful 40 acre undeveloped land also here in Cochise County. This is a wonderful property with no end to potential!

That vine is called buffalo gourd or Coyote Mellon, depends on where you see it at. Sonoran tend to call it Buffalo, Mojave they call it Coyote, essentially the same plant.

Fun, relaxing way to start my day! If I am not mistaken the vine you picked up are the round softball sized gourds that grow freely. They seem to make a comeback every monsoon here. You're getting very good at the videos! The sound track was delightful also! Well done!

Beautiful!! Did you know those fishhook barrel cactus lean towards the south and are sometimes referred to as the “ compass of the desert”.

I like that you are setting a good example for any inexperienced visitors to your area, I am talking, of course, about the extra heavy leather (?) leggings that you are sporting ! Those can surely save your life out in the bush if you have the bad luck of encountering a pissed off Rattler ! Been there, done that, a mean 6 foot Golden Western Diamond Back, he lost the battle, but was good eatin' ! Keep up the good work.

What a beautiful piece of land they have. I love the birds and thanks for identifying them. I also like that pretty meadow with trees (@ 2:00mins) it would make a nice camp or home site.
