1. 5G has finally come to India and the roll out has started too.
2. 5G plans and pricing in India will remain the same for now until the roll out is complete.
3. Your existing SIM card is 5G ready if it is already running on 4G.
4. Your phone is most likely 5G ready if purchased in 2021. If not, make sure your next smartphone is 5G compatible.
5. 5G will be fully rolled out to major metro cities by end of 2022, and to the rest of the nation during the span of 2023.
