But in actual reality, IITans are far more skillful than any TIER 3 student

I can bet, a IIT CSE 3rd year student will tear apart any TIER 3 CSE 4th year student in terms of coding skills, DSA

This may be India specific because in the US, a lot of tier 1 schools aren’t the best schools for CS. Harvard for example is not such a good Computer Science school compared to Georgia Tech which is a tier 2 school.
