Thrift Flip Challenge Rules: $10 budget to thrift one or multiple items, but the challenge is that we have to turn all of those things into one cohesive outfit. In this video, Madison sent me two dresses to transform into something new. I was inspired by vintage swimwear and resort wear and turned the items she sent me into a matching 2 piece set with a coverup blouse!
