Every time I tried to update the Wi-Fi stops working, and other things do not work correctly, also you cannot do this remotely as the upgrade requests user input for changes to files, and other stuff, that happens after it kills your network connection.

Hey, i tried this but, i ended up merging the two, locking up some operating system files. Now i will just backup and wipe it off and and put the new bullseye image.
Although i blame it 90% on me and 10% on the stupid video i was following (not this one). That guy wasnt able to pronounce properly and i messed up some steps, and boom. and he did explain it quite good.

Now if anybody happens to mess this up, take my advice and just backup your chrome passwords, files and folders to google drive and then wipe the sd card off, and flash bullseye 64 bit with raspi imager 1.7.1.
